East Chicago Schools Summer Renovations
We’re excited to share the successful completion of summer renovations at East Chicago Schools Harrison and McKinley Elementary!
Over these 10 weeks, the Pangere team has worked diligently to upgrade key Electrical and Mechanical systems, along with interior finish improvements. This work involved upgrades to critical equipment such as air handling units, boilers, chillers, panels and transformers, including installation of approximately 90,000 square feet of new acoustical ceilings, and renovations to 80 classrooms.
We are proud to have completed this project on schedule and within budget, ensuring both schools are fully prepared and ready for the new school year. A big thank you to the administration and staff at Harrison and McKinley Elementary Schools for their collaboration and support, as well as our subcontractor team.
Here’s to a great school year!

Pangere Employees Help Fix Coworker's Home

The Pangere crew replaced the entire roof of the house last year and this year tackled the interior repairs to the home. Working in a small-scale space, the crew worked quickly and efficiently, even it if meant getting a bit of drywall dust or insulation on them. It was well worth it to see the smile on her face.
