The Pangere Corporation provided comprehensive design-build services for Kocsis Brothers Machine Company’s corporate office and manufacturing facility in Alsip, Illinois.

The project included a three-story corporate office and a custom-engineered, 190-foot by 240-foot manufacturing building designed to accommodate heavy industrial operations. A key feature of the facility was the installation of six 50-ton overhead cranes operating on multiple runways, supported by a structural steel system engineered for the demands of heavy manufacturing.

Pangere managed the project from design through construction, including architectural and engineering services, site development, foundations, structural steel erection, and mechanical and electrical systems. The scope also included a new primary electrical substation, standing seam roofing, specialized industrial doors, and complete interior office finishes.

The completed facility combines the infrastructure required for heavy industrial manufacturing with modern corporate office space, demonstrating Pangere’s ability to deliver complex, specialized industrial projects through a single-source design-build approach.
