We’re proud to share a new perspective on our construction work with the Powers Health Joint & Spine Center.

Captured through a series of aerial images taken over the course of construction, this time-lapse offers a unique look at the site’s transformation, from groundbreaking to a fully realized, state-of-the-art orthopedic ambulatory surgery center.

Serving as the General Contractor, The Pangere Corporation managed all aspects of construction for this project. The 11,000 square foot orthopedic ambulatory surgery center was constructed on a concrete foundation with a steel structural frame, brick and metal panel exterior, and an ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) roof.
