The Pangere Corporation was selected by Dr. Janet Seabrook of Community HealthNet as the General Contractor for the construction of their sixth health center. The 8,175 square foot, state-of-the-art facility features nine patient exam rooms, a therapeutic counseling room, triage area, a dental suite complete with cutting-edge equipment, an optometry suite, pharmacy area and a community space to facilitate group meetings. Additionally, Pangere provided all site development to include asphalt, concrete curbs, landscaping, generator and underground storm water retention system. This project was completed on time and within budget and with no incidents. The facility provides the Gary Community with access to much medical care needed.
