Accident-Free Year

The Pangere Corporation reached a safety milestone during the summer of 2002, concluding one full year without a lost-time accident throughout its work force of 250 plus workers. This achievement was accomplished through intense efforts to focus the safety attitude of each employee and to incorporate a "zero accident" attitude in all pre-job planning.

The entire Pangere organization understands that job site safety is a top priority. The Pangere Corporation provides an ongoing comprehensive safety training program. We believe in a proactive approach in providing a safe workplace for all our employees.

Under the guidance of our Safety Team, we are committed to achieving and maintaining a company-wide "Zero-Accident" status. This requires daily communication with every employee on all safety issues that may arise.
